INOSSI inc. respects your privacy and collects only the personal information reasonably needed to respond to inquiries and arrange appointments.

Who We Are

INOSSI inc. is a skincare practice with locations in Thornhill and Etobicoke, Ontario.

INOSSI inc. is responsible for personal information under its control.

Information We Collect

When you submit an appointment request, we may collect:

  • your name;
  • phone number;
  • email address;
  • treatment or treatments you are interested in;
  • preferred location;
  • preferred appointment date, alternative date and time of day;
  • any information you choose to provide in the optional message field.

When you use our general contact form, we may collect your name, email address and message.

We collect only information reasonably necessary to respond to your request and communicate with you.

Please do not include sensitive medical or health information in website forms. Any skin or health information relevant to a treatment is better discussed directly with INOSSI.

Our website and hosting provider may also temporarily process basic technical information, such as your IP address, time of access and requested page, for website security, spam prevention and troubleshooting.

How We Use Your Information

We use personal information submitted through the website to:

  • respond to your inquiry;
  • arrange or confirm an appointment;
  • communicate with you about your appointment or request;
  • provide requested customer service;
  • protect the website from spam, fraud or misuse.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We do not use information submitted through an appointment or contact form for advertising, profiling or promotional messages unless you separately consent to receive such communications.

If we want to use your personal information for a new purpose that is not reasonably connected to the purpose for which it was collected, we will obtain consent where required.

How Your Information Is Handled

Appointment and contact form submissions are not stored in a website database.

Information submitted through a form is processed only as necessary to send your request to INOSSI by email.

The website sends one internal email to INOSSI when you submit a request. It does not send you an automated confirmation, reminder or any other automatic message. Iuliia replies to you personally, by phone, email or WhatsApp.

We use service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the website and communicate with you. These may include:

  • our website hosting provider;
  • Google, which provides our email service;
  • WhatsApp, operated by Meta, if you choose to communicate with INOSSI through WhatsApp.

The website hosting provider may temporarily process ordinary technical logs for security, reliability and troubleshooting. These logs are separate from the information you type into an appointment or contact form.

If you choose to continue communication through WhatsApp, that communication takes place through WhatsApp and is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy practices.

Information Processed Outside Canada

Some service providers used by INOSSI, including Google and Meta, may process or store information outside Canada, including in the United States.

When information is processed in another country, it may be subject to the laws of that country and may be accessible to courts, law-enforcement agencies or other authorities where legally permitted.

INOSSI remains responsible for personal information under its control and uses service providers only for legitimate business purposes.

How Long We Keep Information

Appointment and contact form emails are normally deleted within 90 days after the request has been resolved or the appointment has taken place.

If you opt in to marketing emails, the record of that consent — your email address, the date and time, and the wording you agreed to — is kept for as long as we rely on it, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can show that consent was given. This record is kept even where the rest of the appointment request has been deleted.

Information may be retained longer where reasonably necessary for an ongoing client relationship or to meet legal, accounting, security or legitimate business record-keeping requirements.

Personal information that is no longer reasonably required is deleted or otherwise securely disposed of.

How We Protect Your Information

INOSSI uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the personal information we handle.

These safeguards include:

  • encrypted HTTPS connections for website forms;
  • no website database containing appointment or contact form submissions;
  • restricted access to the INOSSI email account;
  • strong account passwords;
  • two-step verification where available;
  • reasonable technical measures to reduce spam and unauthorized access.

No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, loss or misuse.

Consent and Your Choices

When you submit an appointment or contact request, you consent to INOSSI using the information you provide for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

You may choose not to use the website forms. You may instead contact INOSSI directly by phone or WhatsApp at +1 (647) 890-3636.

You may withdraw consent to future use of your information where applicable. If you withdraw consent before an appointment has been arranged or confirmed, INOSSI may no longer be able to process your request.

The website forms are not intended for use by children under 14 without the consent of a parent or guardian.

Accessing, Correcting or Deleting Your Information

You may contact INOSSI to:

  • ask whether we hold personal information about you;
  • request access to personal information under our control;
  • correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • withdraw consent where applicable;
  • request deletion of information that is no longer required.

We may need to verify your identity before providing access to personal information.

Access requests will normally be handled within the time required by applicable Canadian privacy law. Certain information may be withheld where permitted or required by law.

A request to delete information may also be subject to legal, accounting, security or legitimate record-retention requirements.

Marketing Communications

Submitting an appointment request, contact form or other inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing communications.

The appointment request form includes a separate, optional checkbox for marketing emails. It is unchecked by default, and your booking does not depend on it in any way. If you leave it unchecked, your address is not added to any marketing list.

Promotional emails, text messages or other commercial electronic messages will only be sent where permitted by law and where the appropriate consent has been obtained.

Marketing communications will identify INOSSI and provide a way to unsubscribe.

You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time.

Cookies and Analytics

INOSSI does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics trackers on this website.

Basic technical information may still be processed by our hosting infrastructure as necessary to deliver, secure and maintain the website. The mobile menu also saves your chosen location (Thornhill or Etobicoke) in your browser’s local storage so it stays selected as you browse — this is a technical preference, not a cookie, and it never leaves your device or gets used to track you.

If analytics, advertising technologies or other tracking tools are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate before those technologies are used.
